EMS Khor’s first Parent Tea of 2025 was a great success! The presentation, “Innovatively Boosting Your Child’s Success in 2025,” focused on innovation and inclusivity, key themes of our school’s mission. The internal Arabic Spelling Bee at EMS Khor was a wonderful opportunity for learners to improve their Arabic language skills. In preparation for the Spelling Bee, children were trained to spell words correctly and learn language skills that combine learning, enjoyment, competition, and challenge. Preparing for IGCSE Exams (January 2025)

Our Year 11-13 scholars have been preparing and revising for their Mock IGCSE/As exams. These exams are important as they provide predicted grades for the learners. It was a long, busy and stressful week for our learners and they successfully completed all written and practical exams.

Inclusion & Innovation Mural (January 2025)

In line with this school year’s theme, “Inclusion and Innovation,” we are creating a “Unity Wall – Hand Stamp Pledge” symbolising that we are all united. This mural features multicoloured handprints aligned with our CLAs. Each handprint serves as a pledge to foster inclusion within our school community and reflects our commitment to celebrating diversity, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

EMS Khor Falcon Cup (December 2024)

After five weeks of high-quality and often tense competition, the Falcon Cup football tournament ended a well-matched game between the Demons and ILFC, with the Demons winning 3-1. Qatar National Day Celebrations 2024

We had wonderful assemblies today to celebrate and show respect for Qatar National Day. These assemblies were very entertaining and included reading of the Qaran, singing, dancing and traditional sword dancing. Children had the opportunity to have henna, face painting and tattoos. Many learners, teachers and administrators dressed in Qatari attire or in the colours
