Garangao in ECE (March 2024)

Garangao is a tradition happens mid-way through Ramadan and is widely celebrated by children across Qatar and the Gulf region. On this night, children walk around their neighborhoods singing traditional songs that mark the occasion and receive gifts and bags of sweets from their elders.

Ms Wafaa and the ECE team celebrated Garangao with our youngest learners. They thoroughly enjoyed receiving treats from each ECE classroom doors.
