Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental condition that affects individuals differently, impacting their social skills, communication abilities and behaviour. During our Autism Awareness Day, we promoted understanding, acceptance and inclusion for individuals with Autism. This day allowed us to educate our school community about Autism and celebrate the unique talents and contributions of individuals on the spectrum. We held a successful Autism Awareness Day where everyone dressed in blue, and children did many engaging, relevant activities in class. Many thanks to Ms Rene for making this an informative and engaging day and to all teachers for promoting the activities.
