Student-led conferences provide an opportunity to value learners’ strengths, encourage self-direction in their learning, develop important communication and presentation skills and enhance the development of a growth-mindset. Parents become more engaged with their child’s learning and it emphasises a shared responsibility and encourages a partnership approach to the child’s education. All parents from ECE to Secondary were very proud and impressed with their children’s presentations.
