A three-way conference is an opportunity for children to share their strengths, areas for growth and to set learning goals with their parents and teachers. We hold the three-way conferences as an opportunity to value the students’ strengths, encourage self-direction in their learning and enhance the development of a growth mindset in our learners. Parents become more engaged with their child’s learning and it emphasizes shared responsibility and encourages a partnership approach to the child’s education. Our conferences were well attended and all parents left feeling proud of their children and more aware of their learning journey.
