Year 2 Team Leader

My name is Cedric Thomson and I’m from South Africa. I graduated from University fifteen years ago with a degree in Business Administration. My favourite part of running a business was staff training and after six years of managing companies, I decided to follow my passion and pursue a career in education. Since then I’ve obtained my Post Graduate Certificate in Education and this will be my ninth year as an educator and second at EMSW. 

I’ve taken the quote by Mark Twain to heart; “I have never let my schooling interfere with my education.” Therefore I always strive to make learning fun and accessible. It is my firm belief that if I can achieve this, I’ll be able to graduate some life-long learners from my classroom. 

I’m very proud and honoured to be part of the EMSW community and always try my best to exemplify the values of our community.
