Admissions Overview

The English Modern School is a privately owned school that offers the Cambridge University International Curriculum to over 3000 students on four different campuses (Al Khor, Doha, Al Wakra). The English Modern School network are co-educational schools for students aged 3 to 18, representing over 65 nationalities. All schools follow the Cambridge International Curriculum in their Primary and Secondary divisions. 

At English Modern School, we embrace internationalism through acceptance of differences, values, and beliefs in our community. This is emulated through our Cambridge Learner Attributes (CLAs).

• KG1 & KG2 year levels follow a hands-on programme with standards that prepare learners for the Cambridge Primary programme. 
• Year 1 through Year 6, the Cambridge Primary programme is followed.

At EMS, students are admitted to EMS regardless of race, gender, nationality or religion provided they meet all the admission requirements. Online applications for admission are accepted throughout the year.
