If you intend to withdraw your child from the school, please inform the admission team by filling out the Withdrawal Form which you can download or collect from the school administration front desk. We kindly request that you give the School at least four weeks notice to prepare all the leaving documents; otherwise we cannot guarantee that the paperwork will be ready for your collection.
In order to release the student’s withdrawal packet (Leaving Certificate & Transcripts), we require fulfilment of all financial obligations.
Any request for official documents must be presented through the Admissions Office.
For students leaving the State of Qatar, please be aware that some schools require a Leaving Certificate to be attested by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The Consulate or Embassy of the country your child will continue education
Please check with your new school as to what they require. It is the parent’s responsibility to do this.
